Our Returns Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
• The item was not purchased during a final sale or clearance event

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at honeybb.china@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective)
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

• 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed by us
• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Lubricants, consumables, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
