Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Honey BB ships discreetly to customers worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong.

How long does delivery take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.

Will my order be discreet?

Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The sender name on the parcel will not reference Honey BB.

Are your products body-safe?

Yes. All Honey BB products are made from premium, body-safe materials including medical-grade silicone. Each product is rigorously tested to meet international safety standards.

How do I clean and care for my product?

We recommend cleaning your product before and after each use with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Allow to air dry completely before storing.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at honeybb.china@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve this promptly.

Privacy

Is my personal information kept private?

Will Honey BB appear on my bank statement?

Charges on your bank statement will appear under a discreet billing name, not Honey BB.
